PRODUCT SERVICE ROUTINE

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to hear that you have a product that is not working properly. We will do everything we can to solve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible. To do that, we need some information from you.

This document describes our Product Service Routine.

1. PRODUCT SERVICE FORM
Please fill in the information in the “Product Service Form” on the next page.
NB! Make sure you notify us if you want a replacement product.

2. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
The “Product Service Form” will be registered in our system, and you will receive a confirmation with a service request number.
We will do our best to quickly solve your request.
Please refer to the given service request number in any dialogue with us. Please also mark any returned products with your service request number.

3. RETURN OF THE DEFECT PRODUCT
You will be notified if we want the product to be returned. If you are returning the product, please ship it to the address below as soon as possible
and no later than 30 days after reporting the service request or receiving the replacement product.

4. WARRANTY
Within 30 days of receiving the product we will inform you if the service request is covered by the product warranty or not.
If it is not covered by the warranty, an invoice will be sent for the replacement product.
